This restaurant is dedicated to producing quality traditional craft ferments made from local organic agricultural products. Working with reverence for the process and origin, from beer and wine to bread tempeh, koji, cheeses, kombucha and all of their signature foods are fermented and cultured.
Fermenter also keeps learning new ways of making traditional fermented foods from a fully plant-based perspective. They do this with respect and admiration for those who came before them, using only the best local vegetables, legumes, and grains.
