Izakaya Midori

Izakaya Midori was established by husband and wife duo, Fumi and Yuka, to bring to the Gold Coast a 100% plant-based Japanese dining experience. Making conscious decisions based on the impacts they may have on the environment, animals and human health is very important to the pair. Izakaya Midori’s mission is to create and serve an original, tasty and visually pleasing vegan-friendly dining experience for all of its guests, combined with “wabi-sabi” a very culturally significant Japanese concept.
